Richmond County, founded in 1692, has approximately 149 miles of shoreline on the Rappahannock River, Cat Point and Totuskey Creeks. The towns include- Warsaw, Farnham, Sharps, Village, and Haynesville.

While traveling through Richmond County you will see beautiful farmland, historic landmarks, great locally owned restaurants, produce stands, gift shops, plus a town park.

The town of Warsaw houses the government offices, courthouse and sheriff’s office and is known for its great events throughout the year including: Warsaw Fest, Fourth Friday Concert Series, Fourth of July Celebration and Christmas Town, featuring drawn carriage rides!

Downtown Warsaw has recently been renovated and has many great local businesses including: Burke’s Fine Jewelers, Old Rapp Taphouse, Relish Restaurant & Wine Bar, Northern Neck Popcorn Bag, Chesapeake Doughnut Company and Michelle’s Sweet Treats.
